Closing old email accounts

I had to leave VM in 2020 as moved home. Was told my email accounts would be cancelled after 90 days. But they are still open. Can't log in to close them. So need to cancel my virgin media and ntlworld email addresses. Tried livechat, but VM staff just leave the chat, obviously touch hassle to deal with. Please help
