Closing my NTLWorld email accounts as they have been Hacked.
I would like to delete my old NTLWorld email accounts as they have been Hacked. Is there anyone that can help me with this?

VM staff can do this for you. Wait for one to contact you.
Just an add on that I was told that these email addresses had been deleted. They managed to hack my Facebook account though which I cant get back no matter what I try.

Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email account at the moment. Are you currently a Virgin Media customer? If you are a current customer and any of the email addresses are your primary email address, we wouldn't be able to delete that account.
If you're not a Virgin Media broadband customer, did you leave over 90 days ago?

Yes I want all of my Ntlworld accounts deleted. I am a current broadband customer. None of the email addresses are my primary accounts as I havent used them in years.
