Close Old Ntlworld Account

Hi  - I have an old Ntlworld email account that is not used and I cannot access other than to receive messages.

I need the account closing - can anyone close it down for me?

    Hello Moby1234,

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.

    If the email address is the primary email address and linked to an active broadband account, The sadly it won't be possible to delete. Or we can look at gaining access again.

    If it is linked to a now closed account, "if you have left us" then yes we can get that deleted.  
    I'd like to take a look into this for you either way.
    If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to take some details. 
    If you can check your logo at the  top right of your screen that would be great.

    I did send a private message confirming the email address is now removed.
