close ntlworld account
Hi there, I have a legacy ntlworld email account that has been hacked and I need to close it. How do you get hold of anyone at VM to do this? I've not had a VM account for years. Andrea

I am sorry to hear your mailbox has been hacked.
Where there is no active broadband service, email accounts are usually deleted after 90 days but this may have slipped through the nets.
