I need some urgent support to delete an old virgin media email. I'm no longer an active account holder since 2016 but kept access to my email. Unfortunately it was hacked and cannot be resecured. They're using this email to attempt to compromise other accounts of mine. As I do not have an active account VM has not been able.to help me so far.

My old virginmedia email was compromised and I no longer have access to change any password or generate a new app password for the imap protocol.
I've been fighting with many attempts to access other linked accounts to my email but I need it deleting. I've not been a VM customer since 2016 so they've not been able to help.
I also now lost access to my @virginmedia.com email so I can't see what else they may have tried doing as of this morning.

Just to let you know the email address is now deleted and who ever has been accessing your account will no longer be able to.

Good morning. I believe my old ntlworld email has also been hacked and I am no longer able to log in. Could someone please help me delete my old account.
