Can't login to VM account to access email

I have the same issue, now that the login procedure is so complicated I want to use a passkey on my Android phone but it always says I don't have one. If I try to log in on my Android phone to set a passkey I have to go all through the tedious verfication routine and then there is no box to tick to make a passkey for Virgin Media! How can I do it?

    Have you made an account before sorry, to confirm?

    Is there anywhere that lets you go down the forgot password route at all?

      Yes I have an account and have been using it to log into Virginmedia webmail on my PC for years but now I need a passkey on my Android phone to make this easier. How can I make one for VirginMedia?

        Hi Davepick 👋 Thanks for getting back to us!

        You can set up verification to log into your online account App using Biometric data on your android (Face, or Fingerprint) to make the login process easier. It should give you this option when logging in using the App on your device. 

        However, you still may be required to complete the two step verification process via email every now and then to help optimise the security of your account, and you will be asked to complete this whenever setting up the account on a new device.
