Sorry to hear of the email access issues and problems resetting the password. From what you have advised, when you have spoken to the team they have experienced issues resetting this and raised it with our support team.
These can take 5 working days to be investigated and resolved, this doesn't include weekends. If you still haven't heard anything by the end of this week let us know and we can take a look into this. If you have access to your online account you can try the following steps:
- Sign in to My Virgin Media
- Go to Account settings, then Account details
- Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail
- Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password
- Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked
- Update any third-party apps that may be use to access your Virgin Media Mail emails with this new app password.
