Can't access virgin email error code FSB50

I have encountered this problem today nearly 12 months later and still not fixed by VM? I read a reply from I think October 2023 suggesting refreshing over and over and it has worked today but will it keep happening. I do not have Kamo or CCleaner? Wasted an hour today at least. Thanks everyone for your kind help.

    We're sorry to hear of the email access issues and the error code, we understand the frustration this is causing. 

    We're a little confused as to your post, in it you advise it has worked today? Is the issue intermittent or only happening on one device? If so, which device is it?
