I suddenly couldn't access my NTLworld email yesterday afternoon, got a message saying login failed and all my attempts to reset haven't worked. I've been using this email as my main account for years and it's really difficult not having access to my mails. Virgin don't seem to be of any help.

Can you help me please, I've been using NTLworld email as my main email address for years and yesterday afternoon, I suddenly got messages saying login failed and asking me for a password, I have tried to input my password and it won't accept. I am a VM customer and this email is where my bill gets sent to.
