Can't access additional e-mail accounts

I have signed up to the VM02 ID and have access to my original ntl email account, however i can't access any of the additional e-mail accounts that were set up later. I just get password can't be verified errors. Adding the account to Virgin Media Web Mail gives me "The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them" but of course I can't log in to change the password.

Help appreciated.

  • Hello help9989.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear you're having an issue accessing your additonal email accounts.

Each additional email account requires an additonal 3rd party email address.

The best thing to do is to open a private browser webpage.

    Go here virg.in/myVM.

Type in the email account you wish to view.

Follw the prmpts on screen to verify the this account with your new 3rd party email address.

Help is also available here https://virg.in/vmo2ID

Please keep us posted on how you get on.

      Thank you for the response.

I'm sure i'm just not understanding but when I follow your instructions I just get Your password wasn't verified. Please try again.

This is when I try to verify the email account I need access to. There is no option to add a 3rd party email address.

Signing up again with a 3rd party email address prompts me to link my virgin media account but that's already linked to another email address.

Thanks for coming back to us, help9989. Have you been able to follow the instructions online here to try and resolve your issues?

Signing up again with a 3rd party email address prompts me to link my Virgin Media account, but that's already linked to another email address.

Are you able to skip the link My Virgin Media account stage in the process?

        Kind Regards,

        Steven_L
