Hi,
Yes i am using the correct email address. After it shifter to O2, it is creating some issues. Can you please help me out, otherwise i cannot login and see my details like bills, etc.

Could you please tell us exactly what the page is requesting and if you're getting any error message when following the steps?
You can just enter the email address youโd usually use to sign in. Weโll then ask you to create your new ID.
