Cannot login to Webmail on desktop PC following Virgin Outage but can still access on other devices?
My primary device is Desktop PC and I suddenly lost Virgin Webmail yesterday with no explanation. Could not log back in at all, did not recognise Password which I had updated about a week ago. Forgot Password was asking security questions I did not recognise. My partner is the Main Account Holder but I have secondary email account because I have an ntlworld.com old email address. Virgin were unable to resolve the issue last night because they confirmed there had been an Outage. Today I still cannot login but now it does not recognise the email address either! Virgin on X (Twitter) just keep asking for all my partner's security details but I don't think that is going to resolve this issue? His Email is ok. I've also tried deleting all cache and cookies but still cannot login to Virgin webmail on the Desktop PC. I am using Chrome/Windows 10.
