Cannot access secondary blueyonder email account

I have a secondary account which my daughter uses. We cannot access this account as it does not show in my accounts when I log in using my vm logon. The only one that shows is my own blueyonder account with no other option to manage the other account.

    There are no secondary accounts as such now. They each have their own MyVm account. It's explained her:

    Geegie​  If the other blueyonder email address is not showing in the 'Manage other My Virgin Media accounts' section of the primary My Virgin Media account then it is no longer attached to that VM account and has become 'orphaned'.  However, if the username of the other blueyonder email address has already been changed to a third party email address it is that third party address that shows in the list of other accounts.

    Any changes to the 'secondary' account, other than to delete it, now need to be done through its own My VM account.  However, if it has become orphaned it will be difficult to get it linked back to your broadband account
