Cannot access NTLworld email address.

Hi,

I have been having issues with accessing my NTLworld email via my Samsung email app, ever since there was a 2-week outrage end of June. This has been a problem ever since; please can you help me with this matter.

The only way that I can access my emails is using google chrome via the internet. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Hello jbeverleyw.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

    To view your emails on 3rd party devices you can follow the steps below.

    When you enter the new password, you will need to remove all the details from your device email app  and set up as new again. Just changing the password wont work.

    • Sign in to My Virgin Media

    • Go to Account settings, then Account details

    • Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail

    • Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password

    • Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked

    • Update any third-party apps that may be use to access your Virgin Media Mail emails with this new app password.
