Can I have two My VM accounts?
Can you have two My virgin media accounts, one with your primary and another with your secondary email. If so how so you do it?

Yes, that's precisely how it works and has been the case for several years now. Each account has a unique login which is usually the email address for the account concerned. In the case of the primary account the login will usually be a third party email address.
