Blueyonder

My blueyonder email address cannot be accessed over the last 48 hours and when I put the requested password in it says it is incorrect (when I know it is correct). Despite almost an hour on the phone and live chat updates there is no clear way to resolve this without paying for gadget sure- which given that this is not an error our end unacceptable. Any ideas on ways round this as email address linked to pretty much all our apps from NHS to banking

    Your email accounts are connected to current VM broadband accounts? 

    VM won't help you if they are not.

      They are, annoying riight!? Saw some other messages highlighting this as a possible issue too but didn’t think it would apply to active accounts 

  • That’s was after they told me that the problem they created would take 10 days to fix but could be ‘expedited’ by paying this amount - awful customer service, wouldn’t mind but the number they gave me to call was out of service :( 

  • I'm unable to access my blueyonder email with the same problem - it doesn't recognize my password. This has to be an issue on their end. Passing the buck to you by requesting you pay for a gadget is unacceptable.
