BLUEYONDER WHAT IS HAPPENING

I had my Blueyonder opening in Mail App then it suddenly asked for password and stopped working so I deleted it . For well over 6 months I have been trying to readd it to both Virgin webmail and Mail to no avail . I am now at a loss what to do . I have tried everything I can think but nothing works .
