Have used Virgin Email via Outlook for years but last week it started asking me to login and I can't remember my password. Virgin Media account is in my wifes name and defaults to her gmail address, so how do I change my email password for me@blueyonder.co.uk?

Generally, in cases like this, you will need to access the my VM account and generate a third-party app password for Outlook. You can find it via the following click path - Account Settings > ID & Security Settings > Manage your Products > Telephone Password.
