Blueyonder email hacked

I have a residual Blueyonder address and recently received an email stating I had been hacked and including the account password. I am still receiving emails and have updated these on relevant sender accounts however, as I cannot access my Blueyonder account to delete emails or make any changes at all, how do I either get this account password changed, access to the account or have the account deleted?
  • Thanks for reaching out to us maxheadroom, and welcome back to our Community Forums!

We're sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing with the blueyonder E-Mail account.

Can you please confirm if this is connected to an active Virgin Media subscription and can be managed via your self-care account?

    Thanks,

    David_Bn

  • Hi David

Sorry for the delay in responding,

It cannot be managed via VM account as VM no longer allows access to blueyonder email maintenance. I am receiving a message that someone has access and has to the password which was created by VM during a support call many years ago. I was never given access back to the account. The minimum i am looking for is to have the password changed and to be able to change it in future, otherwise i want to delete the email account.

    Thanks, Mark
