Can anyone help me get access to an old email alias? Thanks

  • Thanks for reaching out to us Aclee55, and welcome back to our Community Forums!

As previously requested, can you please confirm if you're an active Virgin Media subscriber?

If so, we can seek to help with the assistance of E-Mail accounts, but this can only be done with the account holder.

    Thanks,

    David_Bn

Good morning, sorry for the delay in responding. I am a current VM customer (do you need my account number?). I will read the advice shown above but any ‘idiot guide’ to make this simple would be appreciated 😁 Thank you

Thanks for coming back to us Aclee55, have you been an active Virgin Media broadband customer for the full life of the email or have you left and come back to us? If you've left and came back to us, your email address may have been lost or become orphaned. So we wouldn't be able to restore your access to your email account. Also, please don't supply your account number here on the open forum, please only disclose that information in a private message.

        Kind Regards,

        Steven_L

Are you currently a VM broadband customer? VM will normally only provide direct help on here if that is so (other than deleting old VM mailboxes).

If you are a current VM broadband customer, this topic below gives some advice on how to check BY aliases

My profile Mailboxes & aliases | Virgin Media Community - 5522709

A VM forum person should reply here to your topic, usually within a few days
