Blueyonder Email address being blocked

my wifes email address, which is a blueyonder.co.uk domain address - the same as mine (as it used to all be under my account) ,  is consistently being marked as spam.   This has only been happening recently and used to be fine.  Nothing I do (whitelisting etc) is making any difference 

What is going on ?

  • Hi bertie_B thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your wife's issues with her email. 

    Can you advise please if your wife is attempting to send the emails from an email client (such as Outlook for example) or her webmail account directly from My Virgin Media?

    If only one or the other, does this happen when attempting to switch to the other?
