Blueyonder email access via Outlook
For a couple of days I have been unable to receive emails on my desktop computer. This was following an archive action. I use IMAP protocol. All works working before this.
Sending works ok so it's connected to the system
I have a laptop which is set up identically and this works fine in Outlook and has identical settings.This sends AND receives fine.I've gone through all the setting and compared to the desktop and they are the same,
All phones and tablets work fine.
I've tried system restore to a date before the archive action but still no luck.
It seems the desktop in not "seeing" the live Inbox of the account.
Appreciate any suggestions.
