Blueyonder account deletion request.

Good afternoon, before i left Virginmedia and then rejoined again 2 years later i had a blueyonder email account. I expected that the email address/account would be deleted shortly after i left. Unfortunately the email address is still active and just usually fills up with junk mail. On occassion some of my ex work colleagues will forget to use my new email address and use the old Blueyonder email address. Because this email address is still active the sender does not receive any notification that this the wrong email address or that the email is undeliverable. Can this email address be permanently deleted please.            Kindest Regards          Graeme
