Been signed out of webmail yet again

As above. I'm getting so fed up with this. Virgin won't let me sign back in either although ipads working fine for virgin emails.  Why can't you just leave my webmail alone? I can't get the app as I was hacked by a person in China years ago and Virgin would do nothing about it so stuck with webmail.  Sort it out please

The first thing to do is to check the "Automatic sign out" setting in your webmail account.

    1. Click on the cog symbol top right to enter the settings menu
    2. The click on "Security"

Check the "Automatic sign out" setting - that could currently be set to as little as 5 minutes. You can set it to "Disable" but personally I would not recommend that.  Set instead to 30 minutes or at most "1 week".

See if that stops you continually being signed out.

I'm not sure why you're having trouble logging back in again though.

Do bear in mind that VM no longer offers new VM email accounts as part of their broadband accounts, they stopped that nearly 3 years ago. They still support VM email accounts of existing broadband customers but It seems that the provision of an email service is no longer seen as a key part of their future business plan.
