Account unavailable

I am fuming.

I just get a message to say that my Virgin Media mail account is unavailable.  I was certainly able to access it first thing this morning.  I have been on the phone to Virgin, and they will look into it.  The time frame is 3-5 days!

That is absolutely unacceptable.  The problem has to be at their end, and it isn't the first time that it has happened.

    This situation with email is absolutely ridiculous.  My email addresses are for personal use.  I have one that I use when I sign up to mailing lists etc.  That is the one that I can't get into.  I keep getting a message to say that I have entered an incorrect password.  The password was saved in the browser.
