I am fuming.
I just get a message to say that my Virgin Media mail account is unavailable. I was certainly able to access it first thing this morning. I have been on the phone to Virgin, and they will look into it. The time frame is 3-5 days!
That is absolutely unacceptable. The problem has to be at their end, and it isn't the first time that it has happened.
