Account holder? Or Account added.

It sounds like the account holder's has rights, emails, webmail. 

People added to an account seem to be the ones without Webmail. My webmail doesn't work and VM have confirmed my husband's account works as the account holder. But as an added account, and my son who is also added, have had our email wiped off the system. They have no record if my email address I've been using since the 1990's???

My only access to email is via my O2 account - that VM forced on me a couple of years ago - virgin told me to add 2PA - 2 Part Authentication - on Monday

I have an O2 ID but have no idea what that means or how it works and no access to webmail only email on my phone. I've been given a number - I have no idea how to use it or what it means, but apparently I'm not allowed to disclose it even to VM. Is this my new Webmail account number, my password, my customer ID??? I have no idea
