Access to second email account
My wife can access her virgin email account on her old phone but when she tries to access it on her new phone or pc it does not let her access her emails. This is a secondary account

What's happening exactly when she tries accessing the secondary e-mail account on her new phone and PC? Also, is she trying to access it via webmail or an app like Gmail, Apple Mail or Microsoft Outlook?
