403 Forbidden

Since yesterday, each time I try to log in to my web mail, I get the dreaded 403 Forbidden.
I have tried resetting my password multiple times, all to no avail.

I rang support yesterday and they have raised a ticket saying it will take at least 5 days for someone to contact me. Surely this is unacceptable as we all rely on emails so much now.

Any ideas anyone please?

    Something has happened, as I can now use web mail again. I still think this is unacceptable
