30 days notice closure of @virgin.net
Similar to the other posts. I've received the account closure even though I am still a VM customer.
Can someone contact me regarding re-attaching the @virgin.net mail to my broadband service, I believe both the @virgin.net and @virginmedia.com are in the same name. I tried phoning and was told there is no support for legacy accounts but I'm hoping something can be done.
This account I've had for around 20 years and it is the one everything is registered to.
