2 Emails but only one is working

After an hour on the phone finally linked the virginmedia account with 02 - but when i click on the email it goes to one i dont usually use - it says the credentials are wrong for my main one.

Can someone please contact me about this as I need access for work.

    We've checked your account and we can see you've spoken to somebody did they manage to help?

  • No it's not been sorted - it's been sent to the IT team - they did ring yesterday but on the wrong number and they didn't try again or use the alternative number - if you are able can you please tell them to ring on the mobile - this should have been noted on your records.

  • This has not been sorted yet - now been a week without email. They rang on Sunday on the homephone which we answered but the line immediately went dead. No more phonecalls since then. Reference number is [REMOVED].  I would appreciate it if someone could look into this urgently.

  • 2 weeks and still no phone call to fix this issue.  When I phone i'm just told its being dealt with - was originally told it would be 3-5 working days.

      As mentioned in our post from 02/09/25, we'd need to locate your account and pass security via private message to assist further. Are you happy to do that?

    If you have two VM mailboxes, you will need two VMO2ID accounts to manage these.  Have you tried setting the second one of these up yet?

You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon, or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and selecting 'Messages' from the drop-down.
