After an hour on the phone finally linked the virginmedia account with 02 - but when i click on the email it goes to one i dont usually use - it says the credentials are wrong for my main one.
Can someone please contact me about this as I need access for work.

We've checked your account and we can see you've spoken to somebody did they manage to help?
No it's not been sorted - it's been sent to the IT team - they did ring yesterday but on the wrong number and they didn't try again or use the alternative number - if you are able can you please tell them to ring on the mobile - this should have been noted on your records.
