02 Migraton

I have had no access to my email for nearly four weeks. My old 'blueyonder' account has been locked out, and I was promised a call from 'Tech' to resolve. I have not had a call, so still have no access to my emails. Today I contacted VM and was told that you no longer support BY and to provide an alternative email. Which I have. The verification link sent to the new email address was broken, so I am right back where I started.

    Sorry to hear of the issues with the E-Mail account and with the verification links appearing to be broken.

    Can you please confirm if you have attempted to generate a link and opened this in an alternative browser, or cleared the cache on the browser you're using to see if this allows for the link to access the page as desired?
