02 mobile with new package

We’ve just renewed our contract with the Mega Tv,Volt Gig 1,phone etc I repeatedly told the operator that I didn't want an O2 sim card that she insisted had to be sent but I told her it wouldn't be activated. 

Now I'm receiving numerous emails and messages from them and they are setting up a DD and I feel that I have been railroaded into something I don't want.

Where do I go from here?

    You have to read the small details. Often packages include a SIM as part of the deal, but it’s paid for separately.

      So to remove O2, I have to cancel the package.

      No wonder virgin get accused of misselling packages.
