02 mobile with new package
We’ve just renewed our contract with the Mega Tv,Volt Gig 1,phone etc I repeatedly told the operator that I didn't want an O2 sim card that she insisted had to be sent but I told her it wouldn't be activated.
Now I'm receiving numerous emails and messages from them and they are setting up a DD and I feel that I have been railroaded into something I don't want.
Where do I go from here?
