I have had no access to my email for nearly four weeks. My old 'blueyonder' account has been locked out, and I was promised a call from 'Tech' to resolve. I have not had a call, so still have no access to my emails. Today I contacted VM and was told that you no longer support BY and to provide an alternative email. Which I have. The verification link sent to the new email address was broken, so I am right back where I started.
