Would it be classed as murder?

Can I be arrested for wanted to kill Terri the virgin bot? It's probably the most annoying thing on the web, and yes, that includes Jeremy Vine! 

Surely it would be classed as self defense right?

If I could genuinely find broadband that is remotely close to virgin speed, I'd be gone in a flash and you would think that the extortionate amount we pay each month, they'd be able to afford better customer service?

    I hope we never apply laws designed to protect humans.... to MACHINES!

    I think there are already AI salesmen out there out there who wish to implement "Machine Rights" to protect their interests.

    In 10-20 years time I guess companies like VM will have no human support agents whatsoever and we will not be free to criticize the rise of the machines.
