Scam?
I've recevied an email from allmad@tiscali.co.uk with the subject heading July Virgin (2)invoice ✅🚨
Has anyone else received one or is this a scam or phising exercise?

I suppose there is a clue in the email address. I would say it is clearly a scam. You can double check the status of your VM account by logging into it via https://www.virginmedia.com/myvmo2/existing-customer-deals (and not via any link in the "all mad" email that you received).
