Outraged with VM Customer Retention Team
Hi Folks,
...am I the only one who has been painfully irate and frustrated with VM customer service? What started as a well meaning call to customer services to understand my billing issues ended with a complaint being raised by me and losing my temper at customer services?
Is this normal and to be expected?
Would love to hear others customers thoughts on this.
