No service

Woke up this morning turned on my phone and no service, unable to contact O2 as the chat bot tells  me to call them which I can't as I have no service. Elderly gent with health issues and no point of contact anymore.

    Also can't login to O2 as it texts me a code which I don't receive since I have no service. Holy **bleep** is O2 run by children. :(

    Check your O2 service status.

    If it's OK get to another phone (of neighbour, friend, family member) and call 0344 809 0202. Alternatively go to an O2 store.

      It's a chat bot and if it can't solve your issue it advises you to call their tech dept. So no if you have no service there is no way to contact them without another phone.
