Missing Sky Cinema
Hi, I am new here. I have recently talked to Virgin Media to renew my contract. i was told that my package would be identical to before and at the same price. The call cut off and I waited for someone to call me back and spoke to a second sales person who reiterated that my package would be identical and at the same price. So ...... we have completely lost Sky Cinema that we had in the last package. I complained during a web chat and I have 2 Complaint Numbers. When I have tracked them, they say that I agreed to the resolution of the problem. This is not true and I still do not have what I was promised. What can I do now ? I am thinking of applying under FOI for audio copies of the phone calls to prove that I was misled. Has anyone done this with VM ? I did it with another organisation and proved I was right ?
