Major Outage

I live in Cambridge (Cambs) and I along with many VM Customers are suffering from a total blackout, no BB, TV or Phone for the past 24 hours. VM are being very cagey as to what the problem is or when we can expect a fix. Anyone on here got an answer. Someone, somewhere must know!

    All methods have been tried numerous times by myself and many others.

    VM will never ever give full details of the origin of faults. You just have to keep trying the phone line and even then the fault resolution times can often be taken with a pinch of salt.

    In the mean time most everyone has a mobile phone that can provide a Wi-Fi hotspot.

  • Welcome to VM .. got to bite the bullet ..for as long as VM decides for you and your pals .. I hope it isnnot too long ... keep an eye on your BP .. stress and anxiety is definitely what we do not want .. I hope VM sort it out soon .. good luck
