Major Outage in PE13

its been out since 11am friday morning, Virgin media said it would be fixed by 8pm friday, it has not been fixed. I keep getting texts saying they are fixing it yet no one seems to know what the fault is, the HUB is flashing red which i have never seen before. has anyone got any more info from VM?

    Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your connection. 

    Any fix time given on our service status or by a member of staff would be an estimated fix time that is subject to change. I've looked into this, and there are no current active area faults.
