lack of retention follow up from Virgin Media
I have found the customer services and retention at virgin media to be a disgrace. After many years and straightforward renewals, My contract ended early January and the renewal price was nearly double what a new customer was paying for less i.e. braodband speed.
I have raised a complaint with no resolution in nearly 2 weeks, spoken to customer services and get passed around like a hot potato and even raised a ticket on this forum and had nothing in way of a proper way of retention from Virgin Media!
I am now seriously looking at taking Virgin Media to the Ombudsman as their customer service unless you are a new customer is nothing short of awful!
