IP and ZOOM
Having trouble for months in that we can no longer access Zoom. I can access it using my phone data but not via wifi using laptop or PC. Have had an expert check everything, uninstalled and reinstalled zoom, cleared cache, checked all settings etc.. and they are certain it is an IP issue VM end. The expert was able to access it via their laptop in our house using vpn. When using our IP address it is blocked. Have checked firewall and nothing is blocking it, zoom is not listed. All was OK with accessing zoom until one day it just stopped - we have changed no settings so why would it suddenly not be accessible? Have turned off router and plugged back in. We are on a Hub 3. Causing no end of frustration - can anyone advise please?
