How to access VM Gadjet Rescue

I am an occasional user of VM Gadget Rescue service but unable to find the link to start a chat. I'd be grateful for any advice on this. thanks

    As you can see the chat link takes you to the same page. The chat link  didn't pop up for me on that page even though the page says help is available 24/7 online and overe the phone.
