As I type I am sat on hold waiting (nearly 30 minutes now) to try and speak to someone about my account which expires in 19 days or so.
The on hold music is absolutely sh**te and I bet it is no wonder when people do get through to someone they are not in the best of moods.
All I want to do is speak to someone about my options going forward and what I will be expected to pay.
Why is it so difficult?
