HELP: Delete hacked blueyonder email account

Good morning,

I have an old mailto:name@blueyonder.co.uk account which has been hacked as I received a call today saying there was a bitcoin account associated with it. I tried to log in and delete the account but can’t get in. 
I need this account to be deleted as a matter of urgency. Any assistance is much appreciated.
