Fed up

I have just joined Virgin, so far very unimpressed. It’s virtually impossible to actually speak to anyone.  The system is great, but the customer care is absolutely dreadful. Virgin really to need to up their game.

    If you want to outline your problem on here, you may get some help either from forum contributors or from a VM person.

    You are unlikely to receive a reply from the VM forum team here in ‘Community Natter’. A VIP or moderator might move your topic to a better forum, such as ‘Managing Your Account – Cable’ to get a VM reply, which usually takes a few days.
