Engineer Review

Hi Virgin,

I have been waiting for months to receive a feedback survey request following my engineer visit but I still don’t have one, and cannot see a way of leaving a review elsewhere, why?

Please ensure my gratitude is passed on to engineer Gary 20214, who I rate 5.  Gary was such a lovely gentleman who went above and beyond to resolve my issue without a further visit needed.

Please Virgin, ensure you enable a platform where customers can leave honest reviews for the engineers on the ground!
