VM launched the hub 5 in October 2021. No pressing need for WiFi 7 when most can't even make use of this hub's WiFi 6.

  • How many wi-fi 7 capable devices do you have, or wi-fi 6.

4 or 5 but this is not an excuse for VM not updating routers. Wi-Fi 6 handles multiple simultaneous connections better than older wi-fi standards. Speed range and reliability are increased with wi-fi 6, beamforming also helps eliminate dead zones and any interference.

Well you are completely free to buy your own stuff its never down to the ISP to upgrade ever hub just because a new wifi thing come out if you don't like it you know where the door is.

The only thing wrong with VM is 1Gb on a hub 4 when they should give out a hub 5 with 2.5Gb port so either:

VM drop 1Gb to 900Mb and reduce the cost to everyone

        OR

VM give for anyone on 1Gb a hub 5

Yup VM really hate wifi as its a ever moving technology but you don't have to wait go get your own router with the wifi you want
