Contract

I applied online to renew my contract which only ends in April. Was offered a good deal and now virgin refuses to honour it. Have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue to no avail. I have been with virgin for 25 years and most of the time it has been fine so this situation is really annoying. The phone team told me to get it sorted with the online team and the online team were extraordinarily irritating. Any advice gratefully received.
