Cancellation process
Hi, my bill has doubled in the past 12 months. I am out of contract.
Do I still have to give 30 days notice to cancel my agreement and how do I go about this?

Yes, you still need to give 30 days notice for cancellation. You can cancel over the phone, or my preferred method is in writing, recorded and sign for delivery. Include all contract details, etc. etc. and sent to Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA
